Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • At least two years of industry experience working in technical or sales roles in the food and beverage or fast-moving CPG sectors; OR at least two years of experience working in consulting or professional services firms in the food and beverage or CPG sectors. 
  • Ability to communicate clear and concise thinking on business and technical topics leveraging strong visual and design sensibilities.
  • High energy, self-starter with a demonstrated ability to develop and nurture relationships and work effectively at all levels of clients' decision-making processes.
  • Highly motivated to develop growth strategies, interface with potential clients, and track and monitor progress.
  • Ability to empathize with prospect’s needs, actively engage and listen in an exploratory dialogue to understand their worldview and determine whether the change they are seeking to make is a good fit for our innovation services and value proposition. 
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision.
  • Ability to successfully work under pressure and multitask, while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills with intrinsic attention to detail.
  • To qualify, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and should not require, now or in the future, sponsorship for employment visa status.


Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • Degree in a relevant scientific, technical, or engineering field.
  • Advanced degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related discipline.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Pardot valuable but not essential.
  • Experience selling consulting services.

 
Compensation:

 

  • Compensation based on competitive market offerings and experience.
  • Compensation will be a blend of base salary and commission based on measurable goals and quotas.
