The Procurement Systems Analyst will provide business process and systems expertise in support of current procurement systems and to RTI’s Dynamics 365 ERP implementation.



  • Support RTI’s procurement processes: evaluate enhancement requests and recommend solutions.
  • Support current procurement systems: Jaggaer, SAP Concur Travel & Expense.
  • Actively support the Dynamics 365 ERP implementation: learn about system capabilities and configuration settings, advise on solutioning to address business requirements.
  • Manage trouble ticket requests including prioritization, problem-solving, documentation of decisions and action items, and leading through to resolution.
  • Manage project documentation, including user guides, functional design documents, and process flow documentation.

Minimum Education, Skills & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in an applicable discipline such as in computer science, supply chain management, or accounting.
  • Strong understanding of procurement concepts and terminology.
  • At least two (2) years of experience working in a role that supports an organization’s procurement processes.
  • Ability to effectively translate systems concepts and communicate them in a way that is understandable to business colleagues.
  • Strong documentation (e.g., technical and functional specifications, process flow, system schematics) skills.
  • MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio) skills.
  • Excellent problem solving and solutioning skills.
  • Proactive mindset and motivation to learn new skills.

Preferred Skills & Experience Requirements:

  • Industry experience with Government Contracting and/or Professional Services.
  • Experience with one or more of the following applications: Jaggaer, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (AX or F&O), SAP Concur.
  • Experience with cross-system data integrations.
  • Experience with electronic workflow design and configuration.
  • Experience with at least one full lifecycle ERP implementation.




The anticipated pay range for this role is listed below. Our pay ranges represent national averages and may vary by location as a geographic differential may be applied to some locations within the United States.


RTI considers multiple factors when making an offer including, for example: established salary range, internal budget, business needs, and education and years of work experience possessed by the applicant. Further, salary is merely one element to our offer.

Salary range: $86,000-$106,000
