Minimum Qualifications:

We recognize the value of your education and experience, which includes or is equivalent to:

  • Associate's Degree in relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Early career experience in project administration

Required skills and abilities:

  • US Citizen with ability to obtain proper security clearances as noted by contracts
  • Demonstrated proficiency in administrative support skills and abilities
  • Work experience in project administration preferred
  • Strong knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Working knowledge and/or desire to learn tools such as Air Table and internal RTI systems
  • Strong organizational skills; attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to proactively anticipate needs and be adaptive, building credibility and reliability, and the ability to cultivate trust with IA’s internal support partners
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities
  • Ability to take direction and follow through on discrete tasks
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability
  • Effective listening and communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team

The anticipated pay range for this role is listed below. Our pay ranges represent national averages and may vary by location as a geographic differential may be applied to some locations within the United States.
