Required Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, education or related field, with a minimum of 4+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Prior experience working with the Department of Education or other federal agencies highly favorable.
  • Knowledge of educational issues and funding processes within the federal, state, and local education markets
  • Experience contributing to the designing, developing, and writing large and complex proposals for federal and nonfederal agencies.
  • Works with proposal and capture teams to help inform win themes, client -centric strategy and cross – SSES solutioning. 
  • Ability to work in teams as a leader and contributor.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and oral), and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage and execute multiple concurrent tasks with minimal supervision, and work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Proficiency in software products such as MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Salesforce
