Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s level degree
• Experience working on projects, preferably research projects and/or in health-related fields. 

• Ability to generally understand statistics and a variety of scientific methodologies.
• Demonstrated skills developing timelines, flowcharts, workplans, tracking tools, spreadsheets, and other elements of project plans using commonly available software tools (e.g. Excel, Visio, or Microsoft Project). Advanced Excel skills are a plus.
• Experience planning and budgeting resources for projects is a plus. Experience with Deltek Vision is relevant but not required.
• Good communication skills, for example, in developing agendas, minutes and actions, and PowerPoint presentations. Comfortable with public speaking. Able to summarize key points and needs concisely in e-mail and minutes.
• Ability to learn ethics committee requirements and processes in the United States and European Union, and HIPAA Privacy Rules.
• Capable of independently prioritizing efforts and managing own time constraints.
