  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant social science field, with at least 3 years related professional experience or a master’s degree with at least 1 year of related professional experience
  • Language skills (oral and written) in French required
  • Proficient administrative support and organizational skills and abilities with attention to detail
  • Knowledge of project management practices and/or proposal development international development desirable
  • Proven excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with data cleaning and data quality checks.
  • Quantitative and qualitative data analytics skills (with experience using at least one quantitative or qualitative analysis software such as STATA, SPSS, SAS, R, ATLAS.ti, Dedoose, MAXQDA, NVivo, etc.).
  • Data visualization skills (experience developing graphics, charts and other visuals).
  • Data mapping skills preferred including use of software such as ArcGIS, QGIS, etc
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Excellent soft skills, including include strong interpersonal and communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and being a self-starter who works both independently and as a collaborative team player.
  • Proficient oral and written English language skills.
  • Prior experience working, studying, or traveling in developing countries a plus.


The anticipated pay range for this role is between $60,000 – 80,000
