  • Masters' degree in Social Science, Public Policy, Education, or a related field, with at least 6 years of relevant experience or the Bachelor’s degree plus 10 years to match
  • Previous experience and high-level of comfort presenting/speaking in front of executive leaders, committees, and groups
  • Previous experience leading and doing quantitative or qualitative analysis of market and/or competitors
  • Expert knowledge of Salesforce as a corporate program/proposal tracking tool or other similar corporate opportunity management system.
  • Prior experience working with the Department of Education or other federal or state agencies highly desirable
  • Experience supporting large and complex proposals for federal and nonfederal agencies highly desirable
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite of applications (e.g., MS Word, Outlook, Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, etc.)
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels both verbally and written
  • Demonstrated success in meeting frequent, multiple, tight and competing deadlines
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and may be asked to provide a writing sample
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work successfully in multidisciplinary team
