Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, organizational training, organizational development, corporate education, performance support, or equivalent; master's degree in adult learning/education, leadership, organization development, change management, etc. required.
  • 10+ years of experience internal or external learning role including design, development, facilitation, program management, and curriculum development, within career, management, and leadership development domain.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Proven track record of designing, developing, and implementing effective learning/talent development programs and solutions that are practical, realistic, and scalable; proven ability to translate learning theory into practical, consumable, and scalable solutions is critical
  • Background in change management consulting, instructional design/ development, and implementation of learning and development solutions, with a mix of formal and informal elements aligned to the 70-20-10 model (e.g. experiential, social and connections, formal) and omnichannel methodology
  • Excellent training and facilitation skills and expertise
  • Experience working in a globally matrixed environment, with a track record of balancing global and geographic needs to produce impactful business outcomes
  • Highly consultative approach and a proven track record of effective collaboration and influence at all levels of an organization, with demonstrated capability to achieve goals in a fast-paced and continuously evolving environment
  • Ability to work in and manage ambiguity, uncertainty, and volatility, including dealing with issues, problems, and events that do not always have a process, system, or solution in place
  • Demonstrated ability to clearly identify meaningful business impact and success metrics for L&D solutions, and a proven track record of analyzing and reporting on these measures in a practical and salable manner
  • Ability to act and address any solutions that are not producing the desired impact
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and translate complex, strategic ideas or concepts in a business and user-friendly manner
  • Have a high level of comfort in Learning Management Systems, eLearning development platforms, and learning analytics
  • Demonstrated capability in project management
  • Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to manage changing priorities, handle multiple projects, meet deadlines and adapt to a changing business environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to function independently and as part of a team with a positive attitude, grit, resilience, strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
  • Outstanding customer service, high level of initiative, and problem-solving skills
  • Oral and written fluency in the English language, and additional languages a plus
