  • High school degree and 7 years’ experience in an office or survey production environment or Associate degree with 5 years’ experience in an office or survey production environment or bachelor’s degree with 3 years’ experience in an office or survey production environment.
  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience directly managing staff. 
  • Proficiency with use of Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Outlook, & Excel).
  • Must be able to work at our Raleigh, NC Research Operations Center. *
  • To qualify, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and should not require now, or in the future, sponsorship for employment visa status.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong Microsoft Access Data Base management
  • Teleform or other optical character recognition software experience both as end user and developer.
  • Data Capture experience.
  • Team building and leadership skills.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills required to guide, moderate and exchange information across all levels of the division and project organization.
  • Proven ability to adhere to and enforce business environment policies and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks.
  • Experience managing 5-10 internal employees.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate initiative in seeking additional tasks.
  • Dependability and professional demeanor.
  • Proficient with mail merged/variable data document creation.
  • Familiarity with UPS, FedEx & USPS systems & practices are a plus.
